After introduction of the new no-show policy, the no-show percentage was significantly reduced with 32.1%. This reduction was not due to terminating significantly more treatments of clients with no-show behavior. It seems likely that this easy-to-apply no-show policy can substantially reduce no-show behavior of clients with a broad variety of mental disorders undergoing individual outpatient treatment.enginfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessReducing no-show behavior at a community mental health centerArticleGeneral rights Copyright and moral rights for the publications made accessible in the public portal are retained by the authors and/or other copyright owners and it is a condition of accessing publications that users recognise and abide by the legal requirements associated with these rights. - Users may download and print one copy of any publication from the public portal for the purpose of private study or research. - You may not further distribute the material or use it for any profit-making activity or commercial gain - You may freely distribute the URL identifying the publication in the public portal" Take down policy If you believe that this document breaches copyright please contact us providing details, and we will remove access to the work immediately and investigate your claim.https://www.scopus.com/pages/publications/848806725211530702https://research.tilburguniversity.edu/en/publications/3ec2f499-82ae-499e-897d-284fa8d07de1(c) Universiteit van TilburgDieren, Q vanRijckmans, M.J.N.§0000-0001-6486-632XMathijssen, J.J.P.§0000-0002-2425-4510Lobbestael, J.Arntz, A.R.
