Abstract
The budgetary loss due to, among other things, the postponement of the introduction of The new box 3 system was first intended to cover the outgoing cabinet measures in the 2026 Tax Plan: increasing the return percentage on other assets and a reduction in the amount of the tax-free allowance. By means of an adopted amendment, the House of Representatives cancelled both proposed measures and sought to they cover in an accelerated phasing out of the Hillen Act.
