Abstract
This chapter presents a summary of the Dutch National Report, which analyses the regulatory structures affecting the working conditions for the vulnerable and underrepresented persons (VUP) and assesses different aspects of regulations that can have a direct and indirect impact on the situation of in-work poverty for such workers. Data on poverty risks in relation to various individual and household variables of the four VUP Groups is presented and discussed, and the analysis includes the legal framework and conclusions drawn from data on the VUP Groups.
